About me
How PPP® is Created?
It began on a seemingly ordinary day while I was reading the newspaper. As I turned the pages, questions started flooding my mind. Why do children from good families sometimes struggle in life, get drawn toward bad habits, or lose direction? Why are some children peaceful while others, tragically, turn toward destructive paths? Why do some children grow into bright, compassionate individuals, while others seem to wander aimlessly through life?
Each individual is unique, but what lies behind these differences? I began wondering if these contrasts could be traced back to pregnancy itself. I pondered whether the mental state of a mother during pregnancy could shape a child’s future behavior and success. These questions consumed me, urging me to seek answers.
I started discussing this idea with others, and to my surprise, everyone acknowledged the sensitivity of pregnancy. I realized that in our culture, this wasn’t a new thought at all. From generations past, our elders have guided expectant mothers, encouraging them to focus on positivity and avoid negativity.
Ancient royal families even provided pregnant women with serene spaces filled with wise discussions on various subjects to nurture the developing child. This timeless wisdom reminded me that every experience a mother has – what she eats, drinks, thinks, feels, and even sees – profoundly impacts her baby’s development.
Pregnancy is a powerful phase, a moment when everything a mother does leaves a lasting impression on her baby. Ayurveda, with its profound insight, teaches us that a child's physical, mental, and emotional life begins from conception and can be cultivated through the mother’s health and happiness. For example, think back to advice you may have received about avoiding horror films or distressing books during pregnancy. Such exposure to negativity and stress can leave deep impressions, potentially affecting both mother and baby.
It is these truths and traditions, combined with my own experiences,
that laid the foundation for PPP®.
With over 18 years in Ayurvedic practice, I have dedicated my life to understanding how to nurture a baby's inner consciousness right from the womb. In PPP®, I have integrated ancient Ayurvedic knowledge with modern science to guide expecting mothers toward delivering a healthy, genius baby and experiencing a joyful pregnancy journey.
Through scientifically-backed brain activation techniques and activities, PPP® helps build a strong physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual bond with your baby even before birth. Research shows that 60% of fetal brain development occurs in the womb, so this time is truly precious. We work together to harness this opportunity with practical, trimester-specific guidance on mindful practices, positive experiences, and a holistic approach to both prenatal and postnatal wellness.
